Customer evidence film
Microsoft × Physics Wallah
Scaling access to education through AI — without losing the human connection
A customer evidence film created for Microsoft Ignite, documenting how Physics Wallah uses AI to support millions of students across India.
Physics Wallah was built on a simple belief: that every student, regardless of location or affordability, deserves access to high-quality education.
The challenge
Delivering personalised education at national scale
Making quality education accessible — without diluting trust or effectiveness
The challenge was to:
Supporting millions of learners simultaneously
Maintaining quality and trust across live and on-demand learning
Introducing AI without removing the role of teachers
Communicating complex systems clearly to a global audience
Doing so under the constraints of a live event timeline
As the platform scaled to millions of students across India, the challenge became clear — how to maintain personal, meaningful learning experiences while operating at extraordinary volume.
We worked closely with Microsoft and Physics Wallah to shape the narrative before filming began — clarifying what mattered, what needed to be shown, and how the story should unfold.
That early clarity allowed filming and post-production to stay focused, calm, and intentional.
The story
The approach
A narrative built around scale, clarity, and human impact
The narrative centres on:
Physics Wallah’s voice leads — Microsoft supports
Teachers remain central to the story
AI framed as a tool for scale and responsiveness
Real use cases, not speculative futures
Language kept accessible despite technical depth
Rather than positioning AI as a replacement for traditional education, the film frames it as an enabling layer — supporting teachers, responding to students, and making personalisation possible at scale.

Outcome
A customer evidence film presented at Microsoft Ignite
The film premiered as part of Microsoft Ignite, introducing Physics Wallah’s AI-enabled education platform to a global audience.
Following the event, it was released across Microsoft’s official channels, extending its reach beyond the live moment.
The project balanced multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and brand constraints — shaping a narrative that remained clear, human, and credible under real-world conditions.

Start a considered conversation
If you’re exploring a narrative-led film and want it to feel clear, credible, and genuinely human,
a short conversation is often the best place to start.
We’ll ask a few quick questions first — just enough to understand the context, the people involved, and what you’re trying to communicate — so that any conversation we have is focused and useful from the outset.
A calm starting point — no pressure, no pitch.
