FAQs
Feedback & reviews
-
All video feedback is handled via Frame.io. You can leave time-coded comments directly on the video, which helps us respond accurately and quickly.
-
Single frame comment
To comment on a specific frame of the video to review, you will want to create a single frame comment. While watching a video, pause playback on the frame you wish to leave a comment, write the comment in the comment box below the player and click Send. Your comment will now be pinned to this exact frame making it easy for any video editor to know where a revision needs to be made. This method of commenting also works with audio, image, and PDF files.
Range-based comment
If you’re looking to comment on a specific section of the video, such as a full scene, you will want to create a range-based comment. Begin leaving a comment the same way as before, then drag the bracket of the yellow indicator in the play bar to highlight the range you want to be covered. Click Send now and the comment line will be stretched and highlight the entire section, exactly down to the frame.
Use both methods of commenting to make sure your feedback is accurate. No more mistaking exactly what you meant! -
Where possible, please consolidate feedback into a single review round per stage. Grouping comments helps avoid conflicting notes and keeps timelines on track.
-
Review rounds are defined in the agreed scope of work. Each stage includes a clear review and sign-off point before moving forward.
Assets & uploads
-
All assets should be uploaded via the Project Assets section of the Project Hub. This ensures everything stays organised and version-controlled.
-
Wherever possible, please supply original files (e.g. native video, high-resolution images, vector logos).
If you’re unsure, upload what you have and we’ll advise.
-
Yes — though late asset changes may affect timelines depending on the stage of the project.
-
If you’re uploading multiple files or very large file sets, please zip them into a single folder before uploading.
This helps keep everything organised, reduces upload issues, and ensures nothing gets missed.
Design & storyboards
-
Visual concepts, storyboards, and presentation decks live in the Design section of the Project Hub.
This is a single, live working deck that will be updated as the project progresses.
-
Yes. Earlier concepts and iterations are retained within the deck for reference, so nothing is lost as the project moves forward.
-
Yes — existing designs, references, or storyboards can absolutely be incorporated.
Where possible, please share working files rather than flattened exports, as this allows us to adapt and build on them more efficiently.
If anything isn’t suitable for direct reuse, we’ll flag this early and suggest the best alternative.
-
The design process typically moves through a few clear stages, each building on the last:
Visual concepts / moodboards
Early exploration of tone, style, and visual direction.Sketch or outline storyboard
A simplified, frame-by-frame view of structure and flow.Full storyboard
A detailed storyboard showing content, pacing, and how visuals and messaging work together. Not every project requires every stage, but each step helps align direction before moving into production.
Timelines & delivery
-
The project deadline and next delivery dates are shown at the top of the Project Hub for quick reference.
Where a more detailed timeline is required, this is available in the project documents under:
01_DOCUMENTS → Planning & Tracking → Timeline -
Delays in feedback or asset delivery may impact the overall schedule. We’ll flag this early if timelines need adjusting.
-
Final delivery files will remain available for 12 months from the date of final delivery.
If longer-term access or archival storage is required, this can be arranged on request and may incur additional storage fees.
-
Working files (such as editable project files) are not included by default unless agreed at the outset.
Where required, working files can be supplied for an additional fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the overall project cost.
Communication & meetings
-
Day-to-day communication happens via email, with scheduled reviews taking place over video call where needed.
-
Please use the contacts listed in the Project Contacts section of the Project Hub so queries reach the right person quickly.

Yes. We use an AI note-taker during video calls to capture key points and decisions.
This allows us to focus on the discussion and ensures nothing is missed. A copy of the notes will be shared after the meeting.
