Project Summary:

This project supports the launch of a major Global Medicine initiative, announced at the client’s quarterly town hall.

Following the event, short leadership reflections will be captured and shaped into a concise, polished video designed for internal and external sharing. In parallel, a short highlight clip will be created from the full town hall recording for use on the website.

Given the fast turnaround, the focus is on clarity, pace, and clean execution, ensuring the messaging lands confidently without over-engineering.

This outlines how the project progresses and what happens at each stage. Each stage includes a clear review and sign-off point before the project moves forward. This ensures alignment, quality, and an efficient build process.

  • We’ll receive the filmed leadership reflections and the town hall recording, alongside a storyboard or guidance outlining the intended structure, key quotes, and tone. This allows us to align quickly and move straight into editing.

IN PROGREESS

  • We’ll assemble the first cut of the leadership quotes video, focusing on narrative flow, timing, and overall clarity. This edit prioritises getting the structure and pacing right under the tight deadline.

    • Initial edit for review

  • Following feedback, we’ll refine the edit with any required trims, text adjustments, or emphasis changes, bringing the piece to a clean, presentation-ready finish.

    Output:

    • Finalised quotes video

  • In parallel or immediately after, we’ll extract and polish a short, focused section from the town hall recording for website use, ensuring it’s concise and contextually clear.

    Output:

    • Short website-ready town hall clip
