Project Summary:

This project involves creating a silent, looping event video for use on a screen at the Boehringer Ingelheim patient engagement stand during the SSC World Congress.

The video will be assembled entirely from existing, approved video assets, re-formatted to suit an exhibition environment. The focus is on patient voice and sentiment, presented in a calm, accessible, and visually engaging way without audio.

The video will loop continuously and is designed to be understandable at a glance for attendees passing the stand.

Deadline: late February

Project Stages

This outlines how the project progresses and what happens at each stage. Each stage includes a clear review and sign-off point before the project moves forward. This ensures alignment, quality, and an efficient build process.

  • What happens here

    • Review all supplied, approved GPPS interview and event footage

    • Identify the strongest patient and partner moments that align with the agreed theme:

    • Light refinement of quotes where needed for clarity (with legal notation if required)

    Output

    • Agreed quote set

    • Clear narrative flow mapped to opening, middle, and closing frames
